Review:

Not So Very Sensible is the third book in the Silver Teapot series written by  Australian author Carolyn Miller. This series has been a fun recreation of Jane Austen’s books. Following the Bennett Sisters, they always seem to be doing something. This story is based in Australia it made for the perfect setting.

This story follows Elinor and Katie Bennett. Their grandma gifts them with a special weekend trip. On the trip, both girls meet men that they end up spending time with. After the weekend away, it becomes more evident that the one man who seemed interested in Katie did not have good intentions. For Ellie, it seems like maybe Ethan also did not have good intentions; after being ghosted, and when she ends up at his engagement party, things really seem to be going wrong. After Ethan works everything out and the truth is told, he hunts Ellie down at the family tea shop. This story was such a fun look at Sense and Sensibility. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Australia with the Bennett sisters.

Carolyn Miller did a great job intertwining faith throughout the story.
