Find Me in the Blooms is the first book I have read written by Alyssa Schwarz, and I look forward to reading some more. This is Season 2, Book 2 in the Johnathan Island series, and although this could be read as a standalone, I would recommend reading the series as a whole. Especially if you enjoy a great contemporary romance with Hallmark vibes.

Kate Sullivan is instructed by her doctor to take stress leave and take a period of rest. So back to Johnathan Island she goes. Her sister Dani has been hard at work reviving the Island and bringing the Grand Hotel back to life. Now Dani is getting married. Kate offers to help Dani in any way possible, so when Dani goes on her honeymoon, Kate steps in to keep things running. Her main task is the Apple Blossom festival. When the florist arrives to begin work, it is none other than her ex-fiancé, Lincoln, who left her the night before their wedding. Now they are working together on the Apple Blossom Festival. With family issues to work through and the past to heal, they have a lot going on.

This second-chance romance is perfect and sweet with kisses only.
